Pros
ABB had a lot to offer it's employees. Being that this is a global company, the employee's had more room for advancement, so many more opportunities. Management were less of micro managers and allowed their employees to think for themselves.The Plants are typically located in Rural areas. The work force has always been good. The atmosphere is challenging if you want or it is plain if you prefer routine tasks. It is a manufacturing environment and the best I have seen.
Cons
work was great, got along well with others, and a new teal lead or supervisor becomes the boss, then she fires a bunch of people, for no specific reason. Thats how I got unemployment.
