Pros

A very employee orientated company. My pay was on the high end of average for my profession. The benefits were very good.

Cons

I had very little exposure to areas outside my immediate responsibility. I was not allowed to be involved with the plant operations. Not much cooperation between departments. I am only writing about the plant I worked at. My experience was probably not common.

The local office was a convenient location to my home. I had good relationships with peers.

Cons

Poor opportunities and unfair treatment for women and minorities. No advancement if you are not from headquarters in Europe.
