Since starting less than a year ago I have been given the opportunity to move up into a new role with more responsibility and exposure to working with our suppliers. The company continues to transition into a better place to work. Great benefits

Big corporation. Complicated structure. The business is electrical design and manufacturing. The benefits are very good. Annual bonus, retirement contribution, and 401 k matching.

Cons

Depending on the type of work, the perception differs. Just like any company of this size there are management issues. The turnover of people in the front office is quite high. Middle management tends to stay for 2 to 3 years and move on.
