      Customer oriented approch with continuous focus on R&D/ product development based on marked feedback & requirements. ABB believes in most optimum usage of resources with strong focus on delivering both top line & bottom line results

      Cons

      Being a MNC & matrix structure of working, one may feel getting pulled simultaneously on many fronts, creating excess work pressure which may be troubling at times

      Work Culture,Not much pressure,Job security,Brand Value.

      Cons

      Increment is less,Variable part in the CTC(You wont get the projected CTC in hand if your Business Units performance is bad.(NB: This is only in ABB India)),Not well structured training or No Trainings,You can't predict what will be your position after some years,may be you reached good position but no clarity.
