Interesting work. Lots of room for growth. Travel opportunities and global reach of organization. Interview the company when they interview you. Find out what your expected scope of work is and typical daily activities.

Cons

Internal politics is interesting. No Overtime compensation in Singapore. Cultures are vast, important to know what is happening. HR are not the most pro-active. Salary increases are mediocre. You must leave and return to get a substantial raise. Lower level employees ideas and actions not typically rewarded.
