It seems very relaxed and you work early. Fridays are half days

Although you're a junior estimator, they expect you to know everything and work at a seasoned Estimator's pace or they will fire you

The wage was decent not the best but decent

Cons

Everything else about the company first and foremost the management team was horrible all you are is a number not a person everybody is replaceable in their eyes. When your kids get sick and you are a single parent household you will get fired. Working in the shop is very cliquey.
