Pros

You’ll be probably be at the best paid job , out off all of the high street supermarkets Clear path of progression with no bounds , if you put the very hard work and effort in.

Cons

Employee benefits are not as attractive as other companies in the same industry. You will be timed and monitored with pretty much everything you do inside the store Very Physically demanding Very little wiggle room , in the sense of it’s completely their way or the Highway with everything.
