Pros

The basic hourly pay was the only good thing about it.

Cons

Management are heartless robots. Stopped doing double time on bank holidays. Little to no flexibility. No staff recognition.

Pros

Great people in terms of immediate graduate managers , general managers and people around.

Cons

-High staff turnover! -High stress situation where most of us are required to do things which we are not trained for. -Managers and employees feel frustrated towards! -Had to unexpectedly cover an overnight shift in the warehouse because they were short of people, after a whole day there. No toothbrush or female hygiene products were even offered!
