Pros

It’s a very busy and physically active job most of the time. They pay higher because they expect higher performance than your average grocery. The people are good and the community isn’t toxic.

Cons

Not a super flexible job as far as time off and allowance for emergencies. You will be expected to be doing around three things at once when on the clock, because there are only a few people running each store at any given time. They also time your rates for everything.

They have really good benefits in my opinion.

Cons

They don’t give you the breaks they say they will. Some managers are extremely strict over your speed. Bad vibes when I started. The people who has been working there a lot they will talk behind your back.
