Pros
The pay is great, once you put the work in to establish a good team that can really work in your favour! I miss my team but took the time out to finish my Degree and MBA.
Cons
No opportunity for progression past Store General Manager, was the reason why I left. I even did a degree part-time while working 60 hours a week and there was still no path to progression from GM to AM, no matter anyone's qualification.
