Pros

-Benefits are plentiful and nice -Salary is okay

Cons

-Located in Salzburg - if you are not all about mountains and lakes and walking in nature, but an active city life, look for something else. - city is dead and as boring as it gets Some managers are clearly not capable of working with people and act like entitled children - the company will not do anything as it is easier to find a new specialist or assistant than a new manager or at least this is their approach. If you are lucky to get into a nice team, then the job itself could be enjoyed, but if you get one of the "other" managers, then you will be bullied until you decide to leave or they fire you eventually. Some teams have positions where in the past 2 years they had already 5 people fired due to "bad work ethic"... Of course not 1 person investigates what could be the background of the stories with the managers where again and again the "unlucky" hires keep on happening.

It's a management cult

Pros

+Projects are often fun, engaging and interesting. +Very young organization, as an early-30 you often find yourself to be the most senior in your group. +Pretty diverse community (maybe even too diverse for some).

Cons

-Due to the average age there's not much business professionalism, which often puts the company to shame in front of partners. -Office architecture and traditions are at an incredibly low niveau. -It's a two-tier caste system with managers on the top and untouchable employees on the bottom. Those tiers can be described as separate "flat" hierarchies, but they are totally different experiences. -Lots of wishful thinking, sunk cost fallacies, unmeasured risks and other classic system issues that happen without appropriate feedback and control mechanisms in place.
