Pros

The company have a great insurance and benefits like 401k. No one complains about the benefits, they are very great.

Cons

Over time not allowed, they expect u work as associate but doing the manager job as well... physically and mentally is very bad for every one, at my store everybody complains about it every day including manages. Every single new employe don’t last more than 2 weeks. Work just gets harder every single day expecting u do more and more.

Pros

Great pay rate, the best benefits of any company I've ever worked for, family like relationship with coworkers, relatively easy to move up if you want it. I can't say enough about the pay and benefits, this company really takes care of its employees.

Cons

This job is extremely demanding physically and sometimes mentally. It is a high pressure environment and if you aren't prepared to bust your butt then don't apply. I have an excellent store manager but if you get stuck with a bad one it could make your job a lot more difficult.

Pros

Maybe the money? But is your health really worth the risk?

Cons

Strains on your body physically, strain on your mental health massively. Customers are rude often and all your given for advice is, ~"you need to be strong and put on a strong front, don't let it get you" ... Wow yeah great advice.. If you're seen resting for a millisecond you will be demanded to explain/go into the meeting room or you'll be given a job to complete in a ridiculous time period. One day off and its marked, two days and you'll be brought into the meeting room and spoken too. Ridiculous shift patterns. 5am (up at 3) or you "finish" at 10.30pm when in reality its more like 12am on-wards. If you have any kind of health issues or conditions, (back problems, diabetic, etc) DON'T and i repeat, DO NOT apply. Worst decision i ever made. Yes you get £10.20, but i have never felt so down trodden and exhausted mentally physically and emotionally.
