Pros

Great pay with a good work environment. Great pay and challenging with great customer service and many opportunities

Cons

I work more than anyone I know my age by sometimes 15 hours to 20 hours a week. Weekend work consistently. Training program sometimes weeds out 60-70% of training class because its a very challenging 50 week program that involves lots of manual labor.

Pros

The pay is great and hours are flexible if you request long enough in advance.

Cons

Having only 4-5 employees on hand most of the time is insane. Doing $30-50k sales a day and expecting everything to get done while half (if not all) of your 4-5 person staff is ringing up customers is pretty ridiculous. The grey hairs on my head have double since I started there.
