Pros

Benefits Sometimes they feed you That's about it for pros. This place is a joke, don't waste your time, you will make the same amount of money working full time at fast food

Cons

No overtime available Work weekends NO HOURS!!! They tell you in an interview that you will get full time hours but once you start working you only get 25 hours a week. Then they start pushing you to work harder and faster so you get all the orders done for the day and they can pay you less. Worst place ever.

Pros

Wages, All major holidays off. That's it.

Cons

Where do I start. By no means I'm I writing a review to bash Aldi's. Aldi's could be a really good place to work for and more enjoyable. I quit a job that I had been at for 6 years because of the higher income. To this day I don't regret my decision because I fell like everything happens for a reason and because of the grace of God I'm in position I'm in now. Aldi's pays well but keeps staff low. That's causes a high level of stress and very unenjoyable work place. I was hired in as manager in trainee. From the beginning I had others that worked there who were jealous because they might have felt like they were more deserving. Many of times they would purposely not show me something or even let me struggle with something so that they run back to the store manager. It was a horrible experience as their expections were so unrealistic based on the staff that they had in each store. You will get injuried based on the amount of lifting and work that did to try to keep. It's just to much to keep going but working at Aldi's was the worst job that I have ever had!

Pros

Very Organised company..Excellent time management.. good future growth... 5 weeks annual leave + time in lieu Online Training module is very helpful

Cons

So much push strategy applied on every level of day to day work.. They treat team members as slave.. And always put tremendous work pressure and targets as called aldi standards.. Inhuman physical pressure not worth it compare to its wage How much you are dedicated or hard working for the company doesn't matter, every now and then they will pull you to office they called it record of conversation.. If it is used proper way its a good strategy but they just used it to insult you nothing else.. Ridicules!!!
