Pros

Great benefits, used to have free health coverage, but they upped it to $10/month for individual. However, if you get injured on the job, which almost always happens, you have to see workers comp doctors, and the level of care is substandard.

Cons

It takes a special kind of person. A person who either stands or enjoys brutal amounts of physical pain, who can tolerate a severely high turnover rate, and relies heavily on caffeine to meet speed quotas.

Pros

Aldi pays you well. Aldi has great benefits. Aldi considers full time to be only 20 hours to carry benefits.

Cons

Some weeks you may not have any hours. You work by yourself a lot. They tell you you will have at least 20 hours a week but then later say you have to average 20 and not necessary at your store.
