Pros

Fast paced environment, you will never get bored. Good pay. Good advancement opportunities from a cashier to a shift manager. Good work ethics. You will preform various duties from cleaning the restrooms to making orders. You will be fully responsible for running the store when you manager or MT are not there. If you like to be challanged it is a place for you.

Cons

There is not much advancement opportunity locally. To be promoted to an MT you need to be willing to take any store, which means you need to have open availability. You need to be willing to relocate if necessary. Raises are very low, considering the performance and requirments. I do not think raises are based on individual preformance. It does not matter if you bust your butt of or just sit back you will get the same raise, which is unjust. In some cases there is a lack of employee appreciation from the management, which creates an unhealthy environment and low work ethics(depending on a store manager).

Pros

the pay and benefits are really good.

Cons

there is no team effort. everyone is out for themselves. you can complain to anyone in charge and there is no change. you deal with the most irritating customers and are told you must satisfy them, which at times is impossible.
