Pros

Industry-leading pay package. 5 weeks holiday a year. Flexibility for time off and holidays. 48 hour week contract with excess hours paid in time in lieu. (Days off)

Cons

There are no coins to any post in Aldi. It is hard work and we do expect commitment, flexibility, professionalism and even under immense pressure great customer service at all times.

Pros

The pay is decent, especially when you factor in time-and-a-half on Sundays.

Cons

You are as close to literally being a cog in a machine as it gets. Aldi takes the concepts of scientific management a little too far.

Pros

Pay is good for retail, can be flexible if you have children

Cons

Boring scanning people’s shopping all day everyday, management push for like Aldi tell Aldi when there isn’t any incentives for it, no one wants to go home and fill out surveys waste of time! No progression at all especially if you’re face doesn’t fit and you don’t suck up the management, Not aloud to be in union just swept under carpet if you have a problem and it’s mainly coming from manegment speaking to you like crap
