      Pros

      You start out at 11.50 a hour. Most holidays off or double time pay. If you like multi tasking this is the perfect place to be.

      Cons

      Management has transitioned from caring about their employees to numbers and sales. The company use to stand by the promote with in and now they hire right off the street before allowing current employees to advance. Theirs no discipline nor structure at the store that I work for. The place is a joke most days due to the lack of constant communication.

      Pros

      Pretty good benefits package and pay. Store employees work really hard and most go above and beyond due to lack of staffing.

      Cons

      Overworked !!! No job security. Less than 5 minority store managers in Division. No African American store managers in the Dayton market in at least 10 years. Director only promotes and hires people who look like him. District Managers just kiss the directors butt. People are not treated fairly. Store managers don't have the backbone to stand up and do the right thing. I wouldn't be surprised if a big lawsuit is forecoming. Training is horrible!!! .

      the pay wasn't bad even for doing double the work, hard workers get rewarded with advancement in the company, good benefits.

      Cons

      Gender discrimination, district managers get hired straight from college and as long as they can kiss the operation managers butt they last. Company does not care about employees let alone customers. No job security.
