Cons

There is NO HR dept. Yes, you read that right. They have terrible management and put people who know NOTHING about your job over you. Working for the competition is much better. Once you're on the "black list" your life will be made miserable causing you to become sick. Don't come to work here. They also haven't given raises in over 3 years. Yet the CEO's and upper management swim in BIG TIME benefits for themselves AND their families. Lidl is the new way to go! Their stores are like Whole Foods except low prices. Aldi cannot compete because they would rather use the $ for unnecessary "meetings", use inferior software, hardware and practice old world Germany tactics that date back to WWII.

Excellent pay and benefits package.

The insistence on smaller staff size can make it difficult for Manning purposes and schedule making.
