Some Issues

Pros

Decent pay and having holidays off

Cons

- Management have issues with communication. Some training to be good managers would go a long way - No facial hair policy. I am a grown up man. However when I shave I look like a child. Yes I satisfied Aldi's policy, but now it is not easy to be taken seriously with my slim frame and no facial hair. How about adjusting the policy to clean trim and professional appearance? - Always short staffed and the employees are running around with the customer high demand.
