      €11.50 per hr starting, Schedule set for 4 weeks, Easy to get days off/holidays.

      Cons

      Usually 30 hrs per week with max 40. Politics in the place is unreal. Work can be hard and often heavy lifting.

      Pros

      Best Thing about working for ALDI is that the pay is excellent! Everyday is a challenge! The staff at my store were very welcoming and supportive of me, the person who trained me on first couple of weeks was exceptionally lovely and taught me everything I needed to know and more!

      Cons

      I myself didn't believe all the negative comments abut working here, but its true what people have said. Long hours, poor management, once you've committed to Aldi you have no social life would not advise anyone to take up employment with them unless you don't mind working in a busy and challenging environment.
