Pros

Decent wage, decent hours, good people to work for. Simple interview process, unlike some of the other Aldi stores in major towns and cities.

Cons

Being a single parent Its hard to strike a work life balance with hours between 6am and 10pm. But you can have trouble with that at any job

Pros

I'm only writing this because I need a 20 word minimum. The only pro I have is that I made a life long friend at Aldi that I still talk to everyday after I quit.

Cons

By far the worst job I ever had in my entire life. The hours were insane, the physical work was so intense I'm still going through the doctors and exams. The management was horrible and treated you like a slave and if you made a mistake they would treat you like you're stupid. I believe everybody I worked with became depressed, I can't tell you how many times we all cried to each other. I wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy
