I don't even know where to start...
- The insane time expectations for ring speed.
-Schedule constantly changes and you can't plan anything outside of work.
-You will NEVER leave on time. Plan to stay at least 1-3 hrs over what you're scheduled for.
-The staff is so limited that you will do the work of 6 people. Because of this, everyone is always behind on something and you're scolded if you don't meet the time standard.
-You can't even have a 20 second conversation with anyone (employees or customers) because the staff is so far stretched that no one has time for anything, not even to ask/answer questions.
-Lots of heavy lifting to stock the entire store and you have to do it all by yourself.
-Injuries are very common. I have a shoulder injury from lifting boxes of large bags rice above my head.
-Everyone hates their job and is only there for the pay. The last piece of advice given to one of the employees by a manager trainee was to try to get out as soon as possible, even if it's for a job that pays less.
-Overall...too much work, too little staff, too little pay for the work requirements.
