Pros

The company is extremely stable and expands at a healthy rate. There is a lot they do right and they are always looking to please their customer.

Cons

There is a ceiling that you will never get past unless you started out as a District Manager right out of college. As an assistant, hard work was never rewarded. Few raises, even cost of living, were given. You lived in pretty consistent fear that you were going to make the wrong person angry (warranted or not) and lose your job. Overall unhealthy environment.

Great starting pay Affordable health insurance- employee only is less than 20.00 1 weeks vacation and 3 personal days after only 6 months, 2 weeks after 2 years.

Cons

Unpredictable daily hours No raises after hitting top pay after 2 years of service Not much room for advancement

Excellent salary and benefits. That is all.

Cons

Worked as a store manager for 9 years. district managers are straight out of college with absolutely no real life experience. They are molded into "robots" and treat store level employees like garbage. Unrealistic goals, deliver poor results. Was sometimes in the store alone until 11am, and came in at 6..,,,just to hit the unrealistic labor commitment. 2 people there all day long.
