Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. I believe in working hard and earning my money so it was a wonderful surprise for me when I was promoted twice in my first year. I am very proud to work for Aldi.

Cons

People who don't pull their weight aren't disciplined so it does have a knock on effect to those that want to work but see those not working going unpunished.

I got on with the staff and customers and I was a hardworker, worked overtime when short staffed to. I worked on tills, stacking shelves &;fridges and freezers, cleaned to.

Cons

Some staff were lazy and had to be told to do their job.

Pros

Stable job with a growing company that is sure to still be here in the next 20-30 years without question. You get what you put in and it's hard graft but you get in what you out in.

Cons

Hard work, long shifts, not much managerial support and it can sometimes be a blame culture if your not doing what you should be to the book.
