      Worked for great leaders Awesome experience Gained so many new skills And culture was pretty fun when we were in the office full time (snacks, team lunches, celebrating coworkers)

      Cons

      Covid caused us to finally get laptops - not much trust prior to that Old school way of leadership being less obtainable-not necessary an open door policy Training program is conducted by non trainers and docs are read word for word (needs a revamp) All those things are workable but not having any job progression within the role is disappointing. You could be in the role 5 yrs & be amazing and still not move up since the org is pretty flat and they only move outside operations leaders into director roles

      - Non-structured Schedule (can be stuck working mostly closing shifts or weekends in middle management) - "Do More With Less People Mentality" - High Stress - Unrealistic goals expected of you - High Turnover/ Low Staffing
