Pros

Great pay, good benefits, opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Employees are overworked for the pay that they get, the scheduling is inconsistent (managers will change your schedule without consulting you and expect you to show up, even if you were unaware of the changes), a lot of times there are not enough people scheduled to close or open the store, late nights, everything you do is timed and you are expected to speed through all your tasks.

Pros

Above average pay, decent benefits. Promotions are available due to the lack of retention of employees. Good job for those appreciate intense working conditions.

Cons

Extremely tight and unreasonable labor budgets. High turnover due to excessive work loads and minimal staffing. Not a long term position for most people.
