Job is not complicated. Pay is good. Benefits are good.

Cons

Standards for internals vs outside hires are not consistent. If you want to work up, get hired lower in. If you start in the store manager trainee program you are set up to fail. Period. If you go in a a worker, either base level or assistents you have nothing but opportunity.
