Pros

Good pay and benefits, quality products, can learn a lot. Aldi is a very successful and growing business.

Cons

Expectations can be unreasonable. Very demanding physically because of the pace expected. High turnover due to burnout, which is why they have a well-earned reputation for not hiring older workers. Not an environment for those with a creative management style; all that counts is how efficiently your store performs very standardized operating procedures.
