      You will learn a lot, but no one will teach you. Your rights are reserved Somehow there's a work life balance

      Cons

      After promotion you're getting a small percentage to your old salary, without getting into a new salary slot. No career development plan if you want to develop yourself no one will ask about what you are doing.
