International projects, autonomy from the outset and good bosses are the main points to stand out. Having a high responsability is amazing as a first-year profesional engineer.

Cons

It is important to note that being a big company all the focus of work tasks are not diversified in more areas. So one acquires enormous skills in their area but close to zeri in others
