      Bad work life balance, for certain posts The company has very senior managers that don't give sufficient importance to new talent and refuses to change the brass tacks on running Needs some sexual harrassment seminars since gender based comments occur in meetings heightened by the large male to female ratio in employees hired Not much appreciation for work done and no promotions
