Bad management not listening or taking care and respect the colleagues. High pressure, no collaboration and no culture of sharing the information. Everyone is in a hurry having as consequence bad outcomes plus affecting all the other colleagues being even more in a rush, angry and frustrated. Avoid this mental asylum if you don't want to lose your mental health.
