      pay, benefits are decent and it's a relatively big stable company

      Cons

      I worked in the Markham office. Horrible work ethics, expectations. Sometimes, employees have to stay in the office till midnight, it's crazy. Even interns have to stay till 7-8pm especially when a project deadline is approaching. The employees at least in my team had no life outside of work so I guess they didn't mind working long hours. Working with them everyday was kinda depressing because all we talked about was work. They didn't have any hobbies, side projects or just didn't want to share. Felt very isolating to work here.

      Great growth of company Good stock growth Great revenue

      Cons

      - No benefits or bonus passed down to employees in Covid time - No time off for covid relief, we need to use our own PTO for our reliefs on AMD specified days when others are providing multiple days - Record year of 2021 and not benefits are passed onto employees - Pay not adjusted, more of going backwards starting 2022 - Resources are jumping ship and unable to retain with added work on existing employees

      Terrible working hours Extremely old school No life beyond working round the clock Everything ...and i mean EVERYTHING is manual. You won't learn anything Conditions listed above are considered "normal" so this will never change - which is disheartening
