Pros

We get 10% discount off everything except cigarettes petrol and lottery and its a great help towards Christmas if you save that discount, it can give you as much as £600 or more + bonus money if you put discount straight on to savings card. I get 5 weeks holiday a year Christmas shopping day off and my hours suit my lifestyle.

Cons

Asda have a lot of policies Bullying racism etc but there is a lot of favouritism especially with overtime if your face fits your fine if it doesn't you wont get as much as others and I blame managers for this because they know it goes on and do nothing about it. It is a big problem because I have friends in other stores who say they have same problem.
