Pros

Worked perfectly around full-time studies and during seasonal periods the additional hours available was great, long standing team members made for good friendships inside and outside of work.

Cons

Workplace politics was frequently an issue and work ethic discrepancies wasn’t hugely kept on top of / was straight up ignored if it suited the store
