You get to meet a closely-knitted people of your community as the company employs from all races and ethnicity
Cons
As you may find anywhere and everywhere, there could be a few people with some funny behaviours but it definitely should not deter you from getting to work, do your duties and get paid, which I believe it's something we all look forward to.
