      Pros

      Good to socialise make friends and work the way up the ladder and holidays easy if you get on with section leader.

      Cons

      Bad shifts and shift swaps are a night mare not much support and people off sick was a joke

      Pros

      Great place to work for likeminded staff who are always happy to lend a hand and help in everyway they can. Pay is reasonable and work is rather enjoyable.

      Cons

      Some of the section leaders like to skate by doing the bare minimum wont lend a hand and will leave most the pressure on your shoulders. But that is certainly not all of them just a couple. Although nothing seems to get done about these problems.
