Pros

Good place to work with good colleagues, management were flexible around university commitments, Some section leaders and managers were helpful and supportive. 10% discount card provided

Cons

Store was understaffed, particularly on the backshift therefore would often be doing the work of a few people. Some section leaders and managers provided zero support and spoke down to colleagues making our jobs much harder. Younger colleagues often expected to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day - I had to argue to get ONE of these off whilst some older colleagues were allowed all of them off - rather ageist and unfair.
