Pros

Flexibility Great culture Latest technology projects Discount Cash allowance Overall a very good place to work with interesting things happening all the time.

Cons

A lot of governance, processes. Very difficult to get things done due to needing sign offs and wavers for everything.

Pros

Great company to work for, many years working in other sectors where you aren't appreciated for what you do. Feel there is a genuine opportunity to progress if you are interested in doing so - lots of people say there isn't, but you really do own your own progression plan here.

Cons

Only issue is around pay; lots of home office colleagues on the same grade but with wildly different salaries. Would be beneficial to have a public pay matrix.
