Pros

Really nice and pleasant customers, no confrontations or issues with customers at all Most colleagues (section leaders and below) are nice and helpful Issues with pay are taken seriously and dealt quickly

Cons

Very poor management team within the store, do not know how to form relationships with all colleagues and favour colleagues they like including not asking questions when calling sick, if they don't particularly like you they'll grill you over the telephone for a simple cold Favouritism within the store management, good management should treat all employees the same and should never prioritise colleagues they favour Equipment in store is a massive problem, do not have access to a product gun 90% of the time which is crucial for stock management Home shop constantly get in the way while replenishing stock which becomes irritating after some time Some managers are very intrusive and feel the need to ask you questions every hour instead of leaving you alone to work
