Pros

Process driven company. Very good value for customers

Cons

Stripping hours out of stores, expecting same results/standards as competitors while spending far less on labour. Poor pay for Online drivers, certainly in comparison to competitors. Very poor work/life balance for managers

Pros

Not many a few good staff

Cons

Night managers are rude, racist, sexist and will find fun in any flaw physically or mentally. The day managers are worse. Old lonely people that love talking down to you
