Pros

Pay was competitive Some decent people on the ground doing their best in difficult circumstances

Cons

Future programme setup to fail Toxic culture with employee well-being completely neglected. Multiple 3rd parties all looking after their own interests, unrealistic expectations from senior management and egoistical middle management.

Pros

Most of the people are nice and pleasant to work for and staff discount is ok wen u get the extra discount

Cons

False promises made probation is never ending and then they get rid of staff blaming on budget when they pocket their own. Soon as u speak up for something that isn't right they want you out the door don't like the sound of the truth

Pros

Keeps you physically fit. The best part of your day is finishing your shift.

Cons

Low pay for hard graft, Expected to "load" upto 1200 kilos of shopping(This does not include unloading to customer and unload empty crates after returning to store). Customer can drain the very fibre of your being.
