Friendly and helpful colleagues Good flexibility for students at time of exams Training for the job at hand was sufficient

Cons

Changing rules regarding (reusing and issuing) plastic bags every other weak caused staff and customer distress Holiday sign offs/refusals weren't always conveyed effectively

Pros

I was fortunate to have a lovely team of people to work with, who taught me a lot and helped me to gain more skills.

Cons

Some of the shifts were very long, and some rules seemed tedious - not allowed to take water up on the shop floor
