Pros

Nothing. Wagestream is a good app that lets you know expected pay in real time, so that's something - but hey, even a monkey could do that.

Cons

- Bullying from management - Bullying from colleagues - Indirect racism from colleagues - Ageism from colleagues and management (if you're young, expect hassle) - Concerns being raised get ignored and expect to feel invisible - Awkward shifts that ruin your week - Colleagues who can't take their anger out on Management try to take it out on you - Reduction team are probably the biggest bullies going, gossiping behind closed doors to the team to make you feel less-than. - Overall VERY high anxiety-inducing place - Somehow confidential info told to management makes it way to shopfloor and suddenly everyone knows your business.
