Easy tasks You don't take home work with you Colleagues can make it a lovely environment

Cons

You will be worked like a dog for minimum wage Repetitive nature of tasks Poor management which trickles down to line managers and onto the front line Pressing new contract onto employees Unclear instructions for getting lunch breaks paid regarding clocking in and out Colleagues can make it a terrible environment, encouraging petty behaviour etc

will make any other job you get after it feel great!

Cons

worked for 5 years now with asda, ive had thousands of pounds in wages witheld, to which i had to go to court and won. have been threatened by management outside of working hours and told i was the reason for this idividuals domestics at home. injured by management forgetting basic health and safety procedures, wasnt first aided or allowed to go to hospital was only when the blood and swelling on my foot got so bad i was ready to pass out that i was allowed to go, 8 weeeks of work 6 weeks of physio, and then they took my bonus off me for being off with a torn ligament they caused.
