Pros

My days off / the other drivers ( some not all)

Cons

No support from section leader or managers, abusive customers, poor money, breaks deducted even if not taken, accounts dept “forget” to pay for holidays, driving like a maniac just to make the time slots.

No management, just supervisors with job titles and no management training

Pros

As a delivery driver you can manage your own time within the schedule limits

Cons

Inadequate support for lone workers, dangerous working conditions, management refuse to accept written health and safety reports, verbal reports are not acted on. Company policy (according to my grievance interview) is that store management do not do risk assessments, head office send them and managers file them.
