Pros

Superintendants department at Asda House are excellent, respect your professional responsibility and allow you to do a great job.

Cons

In store management do not understand the role of a pharmacist or make much effort to try to understand the pharmacy business. There is often an atmosphere of resentment over differences in salary and education level. Your line manager will most likely be a checkout manager. HR support at store level is woefully inadequate and often make the rules up as they go. You will not have any colleagues trained beyond a dispensing assistant as this is company policy so very little can be delegated. Dispensing assistants are paid the same as those working in store on checkouts etc.
