Pros

When I started I loved it. Amazing company. Like a family. I was there for 9 yrs 3 as a section leader.

Cons

Colleagues are nothing but numbers. Too much pressure. Incompetent management. Squeaky wheel gets the grease type of company. Face must fit or off you trot. No support. No communication. No thought to colleagues welfare. No work life balance. Rules and process ignored to suit management but colleagues left to carry the can.

Pros

The people who work at ASDA are great, there's always something to do to keep you busy, plenty of different roles you can operate under so there's always something for everyone to do.

Cons

Often expected to work beyond my contracted shift as tend to always be short of delivery drivers. Can be very monotonous if doing the same role for sustained periods of time.
