Pros

None at all waste of time

Cons

Joke of a company. Spends millions of pounds on p.o.s then bins it, at same time cuts hours for colleagues in store saying there over spent on hours but still want you to give brilliant customer service to customers. Managers just a joke about time it closed down

Pros

Overtime - as the store can experience a high turnover of staff, due to the employment of students, there is a lot of overtime available Fun - I like driving, I like most of my colleagues and superiors, and I enjoy meeting customers (and their dogs!!)

Cons

Not enough section leaders or managers to deal with problems outwith colleagues pay grade - i.e. colleagues such as myself (customer delivery driver) should not have to be dealing with customer issues as all we can do is leave a note and say to a manager. This could be rectified with additional training.
